Very Disappointed - SRA3 Paper Size Incorrect

I was very disappointed that the paper I ordered had not been cut accurately. It is not true SRA3 (320mm x 450mm). The measurements of the paper supplied is 317mm x 447mm which means that it does not cover fully and protect the SRA3 fine art prints that it was purchased for.

Response:

SRA sizes are a raw size taken from the manufacturers supplied sheets and are not 4 edge trimmed and can vary in size by up to ±5 mm
