Non Standard Size Paper Rules OK!

In this mono-culture of A size paper I needed a solution for book covers for thermal book binding involving minimum cuts (two A5 sheets with a tiny bit sliced off the bottom, plus a spine). My Foolscap card seems to meeting my requirements so far, very reasonably priced, and supplies were promptly dispatched by First4Paper.
I hope in future you might enlarge your range so other difficult-to-get-hold-of paper sizes are included such as American letter/legal etc.
